En cas d&rsquo;une contribution inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle optimale, le montant de la redevance mensuelle sera augment\u00e9 d&rsquo;une contribution mensuelle (voir d\u00e9tail dans la partie \u00ab\u00a0Redevance\u00a0\u00bb).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00eat Logement Social<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous travaillons \u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un Pr\u00eat Logement Social qui financera 56% du projet de construction. Notre projet semble \u00e9ligible. \u00c0 suivre&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subventions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous travaillons actuellement sur les appels \u00e0 projet suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>MSA (subvention)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AGIRC \/ ARCCO (subvention)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La redevance mensuelle des habitants<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle est constitu\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>du <strong>loyer<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>il permet de rembourser les pr\u00eats (nous et autres financeurs), provisionner en cas de vacance et couvrir l&rsquo;entretien du b\u00e2timent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>il d\u00e9pend de la surface du logement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des <strong>charges<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>individuelles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communes : assurance du b\u00e2timent, abonnements et consommations des parties communes&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d&rsquo;une <strong>contribution d&rsquo;\u00e9pargne mensuelle<\/strong>. Ce suppl\u00e9ment pay\u00e9 par le locataire est un pr\u00eat qui abonde son Compte Courant d&rsquo;Associ\u00e9. Cette contribution d&rsquo;\u00e9pargne peut  permettre de compenser une contribution initiale inf\u00e9rieure au montant d\u00e9fini comme \u00ab optimal \u00bb.
