En cas d&rsquo;une contribution inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle optimale, le montant de la redevance mensuelle sera augment\u00e9 d&rsquo;une contribution mensuelle (voir d\u00e9tail dans la partie \u00ab\u00a0Redevance\u00a0\u00bb).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00eat OASIS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous pensons faire appel \u00e0 la coop\u00e9rative OASIS pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;un accompagnement ainsi qu&rsquo;un pr\u00eat de 200 000 \u20ac (\u00e0 2% sur 10 ans). Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 deux visio-conf\u00e9rences avec la coop\u00e9rative (mai et septembre 2024). Notre projet semble \u00e9ligible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subventions \/ Pr\u00eats \u00e0 taux 0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous sommes en train de travailler sur les appels \u00e0 projet suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>AGIRC \/ ARCCO (subvention)<\/li><li>CARSAT (pr\u00eat \u00e0 taux 0)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La redevance mensuelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle est constitu\u00e9e :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>du loyer<ul><li>il permet de rembourser les pr\u00eats (nous et autres financeurs), provisionner en cas de vacance et couvrir l&rsquo;entretien du b\u00e2timent.<\/li><li>il d\u00e9pend de la surface du logement<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>des charges<ul><li>individuelles<\/li><li>communes : assurance du b\u00e2timent, abonnements et consommations des parties communes&#8230;<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>\u00e9ventuellement d&rsquo;une contribution mensuelle, dans le cas o\u00f9 la contribution initiale est inf\u00e9rieure au montant d\u00e9fini comme \u00ab\u00a0optimal\u00a0\u00bb. Ce suppl\u00e9ment pay\u00e9 par le locataire abondera son pr\u00eat.
